Braid or loosely tie your hair and leave in for a minimum of 2 hours. Science shows that after 4–6 hours the oil is fully absorbed, leaving it in longer provides no additional benefit. Rinse out completely with your regular shampoo. If your hair still feels heavy, simply shampoo twice.
