We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly. For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply. Soralune is not responsible for these charges and cannot control the customs process in each country. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. If a package is refused by the customer or held at customs, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment status. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days after your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@soralune.com with your name and order number, and we’ll sort it out for you.
